Rainy day

Today we took advantage of a rare rainy day here in San Diego. We broke out our boots and rain jackets to splash on some puddles. 

Walk to the beach

With Niall away on a business trip I had to figure out how to get outside with two kids. A walk to the beach seemed to be a good start. With Ben strapped to me and a stroller, we headed out. What started out as walking on the sand turned into Niall in just a diaper waist deep in the ocean. Glad I brought a towel, just in case! The trip ended with a dunk in the tub. 

Sleep!

Here's to sleeping through the night! After 6 weeks of waking every 3 hours to nurse, Ben finally decided to break the habit and let his mom sleep! After 6 hours of slumber I feel like I can conquer the world. Thanks little guy! 

One month!

Ben is now one month old! Weighing in at  9 lb 2 oz and 20 in he's still a peanut. He is beginning to open his eyes and look around much more and sleeps 4-5 hours  at night for us. Niall jr is adjusting well and loves to give hugs and kisses to Ben!
